before they book
Do I need to be home during the job?

For the initial walkthrough and the first hour of the job — yes, we'd love to have you there. After that it's up to you. Many clients head to work and come home to a transformed garage. We just ask that you're reachable by phone for any quick questions that come up.
What do you do with the junk?
+
Everything in the toss pile leaves your property that day. We haul it away in our truck. Donation items go to Goodwill, Salvation Army, or any charity you prefer. Hazardous materials like old paint or motor oil are flagged separately — we'll advise you on the best local disposal options.
How long does a typical job take?

The Basics typically takes 3–4 hours. The Full Cleanout runs 6–8 hours — usually a full day. The Premium Overhaul with shelving and wall systems can take 1–2 days depending on the scope. We'll give you a realistic time estimate during the assessment so you can plan accordingly.
What if I have sentimental or valuable items?

We flag those in the walkthrough and nothing in that category is touched without your explicit approval. We treat your belongings with the same care we'd give our own. Sentimental items, inherited items, anything of value — you decide exactly what happens to them.
Why is labor and materials billed separately?
+
Because every garage is different. Some clients already have shelving and just need bins. Others need a full wall system. Billing separately means you only pay for exactly what your garage needs — nothing more. You see both line items clearly and approve them before we buy anything.
We use Square for all payments — card, tap pay, or bank transfer. A 50% deposit is collected when you book, and the remaining balance is collected at the end of the job after the final walkthrough. Simple, secure, and fully digital.
