After the walkthrough we send you a clear, itemized quote — usually the same day. No vague estimates. No hidden fees. Just two line items: labor and materials. You approve everything before we schedule anything.
Jeremy arrives on time, ready to work. Everything comes out, we sort into three piles (Keep / Toss / Donate) with you, sweep and vacuum the full floor, then install and organize everything back in.
Jeremy walks you through the finished garage — showing you exactly where everything is and how the system works. You should be able to find anything in 10 seconds.
The Stay Cleared is our maintenance program — Jeremy comes back monthly or quarterly to tidy, reorganize, sweep, and vacuum. So it never creeps back.
